Are you feeling overwhelmed with shame, hopelessness or guilt?

Dreading the uncertainty that comes with separation or divorce?

Do you desire a supportive container for you to work through your complex emotions and redefine yourself?

Going through a separation or divorce can be one of the most challenging experiences of your life. This 8-week program will help guide you toward confidence, hope, and empowerment.

Relearning, recreating, rebuilding and reclaiming are just some of the steps when going through a separation or divorce. This program focuses on making an environment that works for you and with you. This includes communicating boundaries, managing your energy, and progressing towards wellness.

 Timeline

Week 1-2

We'll take a closer look at your needs and desires in this journey through separation or divorce. We'll explore ways to find joy again and how to stay motivated.

Week 3-4

I like to call these two weeks the heart-centered weeks. We'll dive deeper into your experiences to start finding your path towards healing. You'll learn techniques that will be tailored to your unique situation and needs, help with your growth, and allow you to keep moving forward.


Week 5-6

We'll take a holistic approach to identifying goals and planning. We'll cover aspects of your life that are important to you, such as your health, family, and work. We'll create actionable steps, incorporate joy and laughter, and plan for when things get hard. You'll establish a support system to get you through this journey and beyond.

Week 7-8

We'll review your progress and consider adjusting processes that will help you after completing this program. After 7 weeks of deep work in this program, we'll reflect on how far you've come and outline what you want to do next.
