There are many challenges that surface when opening up your relationship, partnership, or marriage. Based on what we uncover during this 8-week program, we'll establish the fundamentals needed to securely open your relationship.

This program will support you through the many feelings and concerns that you may be struggling to understand or express during this transition. For those going through the program with a partner, you'll create support systems together and individually to navigate through challenges, such as identifying a starting point for opening up that feels good to you. We'll go through this relationship journey with the focus to stay in connection throughout.

 Timeline

Week 1-2

We'll start with gaining a deeper understanding of why you're opening up and outline a collaborative vision toward alignment. We’ll review the terrain of non-monogamy and establish a common vocabulary for shared understanding. We'll build an awareness of strengths, common goals, communication styles and needs, boundaries, and possibilities.

Week 3-4

I like to call these two weeks the heart-centered weeks. We'll look into how you show up and manage challenges. You'll learn and practice how to communicate with care and stay in connection. We’ll find ways to improve your ability to express yourself, listen well, and repair when there's a rupture.

Week 5-6

We'll create a plan and support system that addresses your most challenging concerns, identify actionable items tailored toward your goals, and establish a process for when things feel like they're becoming difficult.

Week 7-8

We'll review your experience, learnings, agreements, and boundaries, and adjust to any discoveries. We'll check in on your journey in opening up and continue to practice managing challenges with communication.
