Building resilience, learning ways to prioritize yourself, and adapting to constant change are just some of the steps to creating a harmonious life while co-parenting or single parenting. This program will support you in creating various habits, structures, and systems so that you have more time and energy for things you enjoy.
Embark on your healing journey to prevent passing down generational trauma, develop a parenting style that works for you and your kid(s), and establish a support system to get you through hard times.
Timeline
Week 1-2
We'll begin with an assessment of different areas in your life that are being heavily impacted by your parenting transition. We'll inquire into your parenting experiences and explore possibilities of how you'd like it to be.
Week 3-4
I like to call these two weeks the heart-centered weeks. We'll take a look into understanding your fears and stress response patterns to begin your healing journey. You'll learn how to check in with yourself, recalibrate, and learn methods in growing toward clarity and stability.
Week 5-6
We'll take what can feel like chaos or overwhelm, and turn it into an organized plan that works with you and for you. We'll develop various forms of support strategies and networks so that you're able to care for yourself during challenging times.
Week 7-8
We'll revisit goals, review your processes and systems, and adjust where necessary so that you can be adaptable in an evolving journey. We'll close the program by reviewing all areas of your life to see what you've learned and how much you've progressed.
